First of all, I'm really happy & lucky beyond words. With ankle, knee, hip & lumbar spine (low back) issues she managed to transformed herself during these 5 months
- no fat burners
- no cardio
- no clean eating
YES the transformation occurred with proper programming & performing exercises with precision. More progress to come, thanks for those whose been there & gave all the emotional support
